Thea Sofie Loch Næss

Thea Sofie Loch Næss (born November 26, 1996) is a Norwegian actress known for her performances in film and television. She was born in Kristiansand, Norway, and started acting at the age of 8. She gained recognition for her leading role in One Night in Oslo (2014) and later starred in The Last King (2016) as Kristina of Norway. In 2018, she playe d the villain Skade in the third season of The Last Kingdom on Netflix. More recently, she portrayed Marianne Ihlen in the 2024 biographical mini-series So Long, Marianne, which explores the life of Leonard Cohen’s muse. Beyond acting, she studied drama at Hartvig Nissens School in Oslo and has appeared in various Norwegian and international productions.
